This Traditional Farmhouse cider is made de from 100% bittersweet apple juice. For its fermentation, it utilises the wild yeasts that have lain dormant within the flesh of the apple since pollination. It is the expression of the land itself, and a symbol of identity on its corner of Normandy, where it enjoys the appellation contrôlée Pays d'Auge.

The project objective was to offer to a younger demographic a more straightforward way to enjoy the timeless regional product. Evolving a somehow tired brand, cleaning up the classic logo and screen printing it into the bottle as applied ceramic labeling (ACL) one of the oldest types of decoration for glass bottles. The brand hints many relevant cultural references to the region.
